Stainless Steel Cotter Pin for Trim Tab Hinge

Use this cotter pin at each end of the trim tab to prevent the hinge pin from sliding out. Insert the pin through the hinge hole provided and bend the ends. One end of the cotter pin may be inserted inside the hinge pin housing to prevent it from rotating.

WARNING: If you install your trim tab near one end of the aileron, a protruding pin may engage the wing and prevent the aileron from moving.
